Recycling PPS resin, known as thermoreversible resin super engineering plastic?

Our company recycles PPS resin and processes it into new molded products as recycled PPS.

"Recycled PPS" refers to high-quality recycled PPS resin (pellets) manufactured using our unique recycling technology. PPS resin, in general, belongs to the category of super engineering plastics and is often used in applications that require heat resistance and chemical resistance, such as in automobiles and office automation equipment. PPS resin has a high usage rate in the automotive industry, and there are many factories in Japan that mold PPS products. The waste generated during the molding process is supplied as "Recycled PPS resin." *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Recycling (Reuse) of Thermosetting Resins

Items that were supposed to be discarded, such as defective products and scrap, have become important resources! Each type of resin is being recycled (upcycled).

Thermosetting resins are highly durable, heat-resistant, and chemical-resistant, making them widely used in household appliance parts, industrial parts, machine parts, tableware, outlets, and more. However, the biggest disadvantage of thermosetting resins is that, in contrast to thermoplastic resins, once they are molded by heat, they do not melt again when heated, making it difficult to remold them and unsuitable for recycling or reuse. However, U.S. Technology Co., Ltd. in the Far East recycles (upcycles) three types of thermosetting resins: urea resin, melamine resin, and unsaturated polyester resin, to manufacture and sell "resin-based abrasives" used for various applications such as paint stripping for aircraft, burr removal for electronic components, mold cleaning, and decoration. *For more details on the column, please refer to the related links.
